Refund Policy Summary

Full refund within 24 hours if your plan hasn't been generated yet. After plan generation, refunds are handled case-by-case. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime β€” no questions asked. We process all refunds within 5-10 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Whether you're eligible for a refund depends on the status of your plan and how you purchased:

Plan NOT Yet Generated β€” Full Refund

If you purchased credits or a plan but the AI has not started generating your trip plan yet, you are entitled to a full refund within 24 hours of purchase.

  • No questions asked
  • Original payment method refunded
  • Processed within 5-10 business days

Plan Already Generated β€” Case-by-Case

Once your AI trip plan has been generated, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund if:

  • The generated plan is fundamentally broken or unusable (e.g., completely wrong dates/cities)
  • A technical error prevented the plan from being delivered
  • You were charged multiple times for the same plan (duplicate charge)

NOT Eligible for Refund

  • You simply changed your mind after the plan was generated and delivered
  • Referral credits (these have no cash value)
  • Promotional or free credits
  • Request made more than 30 days after purchase

How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

Email Our Support Team

Send an email to support@worldcupplanner.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include Required Information

Please include: your account email, transaction/order ID (from your receipt), and a brief reason for the refund request.

We Review & Process

We review all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time:

How to CancelGo to Dashboard > Subscription and click "Cancel Subscription", or email support@worldcupplanner.com.
Access After CancellationYou keep full access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds for unused time.
Your PlansAll previously generated plans remain accessible in your account even after cancellation. Nothing is deleted.
Unused CreditsAny purchased credits remain in your account and do not expire. You can use them anytime by resubscribing or on a pay-per-plan basis.
ResubscribingYou can resubscribe at any time from the Subscription page. Your previous credits and plans will still be there.

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We handle refund requests quickly, and chargebacks:

  • Take much longer to resolve (30-90 days vs. 5-10 days)
  • May result in your account being suspended during the dispute
  • Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
